Deep bore GTAW Welding system
The Deep Bore GTAW Welding System is a full function (torch travel, AVC, oscillation and wire) weld system designed for multi-pass GTAW welding. This lightweight, yet robust weld head is designed for welding of bores of 3” and up, and to a depth of 28” in its standard configuration.

The Coaming Welder is an automation assisted welder developed for making FCAW and GMAW fillet welds on coamings.. It consists of a frame that attaches to the coaming that will be welded and a carriage that sits upon the frame using it to move a torch around the coaming.

The Encompass Gen II MIG Overlay System is a full function (vertical and horizontal travel, AHC, oscillation and wire) weld system designed for multi-pass GMAW welding. This weld system is designed for the automatic welding of plate surfaces in a box configuration of 9’ by 3’ in two (2) configurations, boiler and vessel modes.
PAWS (Position Adaptable Welding System)
The PAWS is a full function (travel, AHC, oscillation and wire) weld system for making GMAW groove welds. It is designed to be used with Bug-O tracks to weld horizontal and circumferential joints. Weld power is provided by the Lincoln Electric PowerWave S500 or S350 and are controlled by the PAWS’s process control system.
C-Frame GTAW Welding System
The EMI C-Frame Welding System is a full function (torch travel, AVC, oscillation and wire) weld system designed for multi-pass GTAW welding. This lightweight, yet robust weld head series is designed for welding of diameters of .75” to 3.5”. Each weld head configuration has a .5” range. Custom sizes are available upon request.
Jiffy Welder
The Jiffy Welder is an automation assisted welder developed for making FCAW and GMAW fillet welds. It consists of a trackless, mechanized weld carriage with an integrated wire feed system. Weld power is provided by the Lincoln Electric PowerWave S500 which is controlled by the Jiffy Welder’s process control system.
T-Frame
The T-Frame Welder is a full function (travel, AHC, oscillation and wire) weld system designed to make FCAW and GMAW fillet welds joining the T-frame to the base plate. Weld power is provided by the Lincoln Electric PowerWave S500, which is controlled by the T-Frame Welder’s process control system.
Cut sheet on Subarc
The base system is designed for submerged arc welding (SAW) and is configured to be with the Lincoln Power Wave AC/DC 1000 SD Power Supply. The tractor can without track, but optional grooved wheels allow for track guided operation. The included guide arms allow the system to follow walls.
